Biography Summary
As a Professor with the School of Education, Deakin University, Australia, Coral brings together experience in industry, school and tertiary education to inform her teaching and research. Coral’s interests are focused on teacher professional learning and children’s/students’ understandings in STEM and science.
Past research involved nationally funded projects relate to ‘Girls in STEM (GALS)’, ‘Early childhood STEM in bush kinders’ and STEM website development (STEMeez).
Currently, Coral is involved as President of the Association of Graduates in Early Childhood Studies – a philanthropic charitable organization supporting early childhood education in Victoria Australia.
